Open to all, this ongoing all-levels weekly class uses asanas (postures), meditation, chanting, and mindfulness to help you deepen your connection with yourself. Offered on a sliding scale from $3-$25+, Mondays, 6:00pm, at A2 Yoga.
Private Instruction & Spiritual direction
Together we'll create a custom program to help you meet your wellness goals. We’ll cultivate an asana practice that is appropriate for your body or take a deep dive into yoga philosophy, Vedanta, meditation, and mantra. refuge Yoga: for people living with chronic Pain
Refuge Yoga utilizes asanas (postures), meditation, and breathing techniques to help you find more comfort in every day. Together we will adapt asanas to serve your body's unique challenges, explore techniques to calm your body's pain messages, and cultivate your ability to cope with pain more gracefully.
